Veloz announces that David Hochschild, Chair of the California Energy Commission will become the new Chair of the Public Policy Board.

David Hochschild has enjoyed a long career in public service, environmental advocacy and the private sector.  Most recently, he was appointed chair of the California Energy Commission by Governor Newsom in 2019.

Veloz also welcomes Liane Randolph, newly appointed Chair of the California Air Resources Board as a new member of the Public Policy Board.

Liane Randolph was recently appointed as Chair of the California Air Resources Board. Prior to this position, Randolph was a Commissioner at the California Public Utilities Commission since 2015.
