President of Electrify Canada. Giovanni is an e-mobility veteran with over 15 years of operational experience. Prior to joining Electrify America, he spent seven years working at Volkswagen AG, most recently serving as the head of e-mobility strategy, leading all relevant e-mobility activities on a global scale. Giovanni also served in several roles related to electric transportation and charging at Mercedes-Benz and Daimler AG. He serves as the vice-chair of the board of directors for Veloz, a California-based non-profit organization committed to driving electric vehicle adoption. He also serves as a commissioner on the 50×50 Commission on U.S. Transportation Sector Efficiency.
