Winifred J. Yancy, P.E, M.B.A, a licensed electrical engineer in the State of California and native of New Orleans, Louisiana, obtained an Electrical Engineering degree from California State University Northridge and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

After serving almost 20 years in the Government Affairs arena, Winifred currently serves as the Director of Power New Business and Electrification. In this position, she is responsible for the operations that bring electrical services to customers and oversees LADWP’s efforts to expand Electric Vehicle infrastructure, with an intentional focus on underserved communities.
